Headfirst for Halos

"Headfirst for Halos" is the sixth track from My Chemical Romance's debut album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love. The cover of the single was seen in the "old school" music video for the song "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)", featured on the album Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. The song peaked at #80 in the UK. The single has been released on CD format as well as a limited press on 7" vinyl and has long been out of print.

Honey, This Mirror Isn't Big Enough for the Two of Us

Honey, This Mirror Isn't Big Enough for the Two of Us" is the first single released by the band My Chemical Romance from their debut album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love. It is the second track on the album. The song peaked at #182 in the UK.

The song deals with drug use, reflecting on frontman Gerard Way's past problems with alcohol.

Gerard has also been quoted as introducing the song in concert (most notably at King's Hall, November 17 2007)[1] by saying "this song is about sucking dick for cocaine".

The music video was first shown at the record release party of I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love in 2002, and was available online. It was not widely released until September 23, 2005 on the 2005 re-release of I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love. The video was directed by Marc Debiak. It is similar to the movie Audition (directed by Takashi Miike). It is about a man looking for a spouse and after a series of interviews, he finds a woman. After their first date he tries to find where she lives and apparently cannot find her address. When he returns to his home, he pours himself a drink and after drinking it collapses on the floor. The woman comes out of a doorway. She then proceeds to torture the paralyzed man, putting needles in his chest and below his eye and chopping off his leg. This video was directed by John Armson.

Thomas Edison

Thomas Alva Edison (February 11, 1847 – October 18, 1931) was an American inventor, scientist and businessman who developed many devices that greatly influenced life around the world, including the phonograph, the motion picture camera, and a long-lasting, practical electric light bulb. Dubbed "The Wizard of Menlo Park" (now Edison, New Jersey) by a newspaper reporter, he was one of the first inventors to apply the principles of mass production and large teamwork to the process of invention, and therefore is often credited with the creation of the first industrial research laboratory.

Edison is considered one of the most prolific inventors in history, holding 1,093 U.S. patents in his name, as well as many patents in the United Kingdom, France and Germany. He is credited with numerous inventions that contributed to mass communication and, in particular, telecommunications. His advanced work in these fields was an outgrowth of his early career as a telegraph operator. Edison originated the concept and implementation of electric-power generation and distribution to homes, businesses, and factories – a crucial development in the modern industrialized world. His first power station was on Manhattan Island, New York.

Manchester United Football Club is an English football club, one of the most popular football clubs in the world, based at Old Trafford in Greater Manchester. The club was a founding member of the Premier League in 1992, and has played in the top division of English football since 1938, with the exception of the 1974–75 season. Average attendances at the club have been higher than any other team in English football for all but six seasons since 1964–65.[3]

Manchester United are the reigning English champions and Club World Cup holders, having won the 2008–09 Premier League and the 2008 FIFA Club World Cup. The club is one of the most successful in the history of English football and has won 22 major honours since Alex Ferguson became manager in November 1986. In 1968, they became the first English club to win the European Cup, beating Benfica 4–1. They won a second European Cup as part of a Treble in 1999, before winning their third in 2008. The club holds the joint record for the most English league titles with 18 and also holds the record for the most FA Cup wins with 11.[4]

Since the late 1990s, the club has been one of the richest in the world with the highest revenue of any football club,[5] and is currently ranked as the richest and most valuable club in any sport, with an estimated value of around £1.136 billion (1.319 billion / $1.870 billion) as of April 2009.[6] Manchester United was a founding member of the now defunct G-14 group of Europe's leading football clubs,[7] and its replacement, the European Club Association.[8]

Alex Ferguson has been manager of the club since 6 November 1986, joining from Aberdeen after the departure of Ron Atkinson.[9] The current club captain is Gary Neville, who succeeded Roy Keane in November 2005.[1]
